Served with house made dips, pesto and olive oil

SALAD BAR

Classic Nicoise salad of green beans, tomato, baby potato, Kalamata olives, red onion, boiled egg and romaine lettuce
Orecchiette pasta, new season pea’s, roast broccoli, toasted almonds and whipped feta.
Mozzarella, heirloom tomato, cucumber and basil salad with balsamic dressing
Mixed salad greens with cured onion, radish, cherry tomato and herb dressing

Half shell oysters on ice
Citrus and coriander prawns
Whole poached salmon

CARVERY

Honey mustard and anise glazed Champagne ham
Sage and onion stuffed Turkey breast, cranberry relish
Whole roast Sirloin of beef, Yorkshire pudding and jus

VEGETABLES

Steamed new potato, mint butter and flaky salt.
Sauté of asparagus, broccolini and baby carrots with walnuts, olive oil and orange dressing.
Roast Mediterranean vegetables with seasonal herbs.

DESSERTS

Black Forest-style Pavlova, garnished with fresh berries and chocolate shavings.
Summer berry trifle, vanilla sponge, custard and cream.
Christmas pudding with brandy butter sauce.
Ice cream and lolly station.

NZ CHEESE BOARD

Best of New Zealand’s cheeses including blue, brie and aged cheddars served with lavosh, crackers, fresh fruit, nuts and quince.

Strawberry sorbet

Grilled Lamb cutlet and slow cooked lamb shoulder, carrot, burnt onion, thyme and merlot jus

Triple layer Whitakers chocolate tart, chocolate soil, vanilla mascarpone and cherries
