A bold reimagining of the ultimate bar burger. Built with a custom-blend patty and layers of cheddar, pickles, caramelised onion, and Sammy sauce, then finished in a soft potato bun. Indulgent, balanced, unforgettable.

ALOO TIKKI
Created by Chef de Partie Gargi Mhatre, Hilton Auckland
A modern take on Mumbai’s iconic street food ‘Vada Pav’. A golden potato and chickpea patty spiced with cumin and ginger, served with avocado, tangy chutney, and a fresh salad, all tucked into a soft potato bun. Bold, vibrant, and full of zest.

ROSIE'S K-BURGER

A double-fried Korean fried chicken thigh layered with crunchy Asian slaw, cucumber, tangy aioli, and a hint of heat – all inside a pillowy potato bun. Crispy, spicy and seriously crave-able.
