Discover a seasonal three-course dining experience inspired by the best of New Zealand produce. Thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Rudolf W. Segers, this menu celebrates clean flavours, quality ingredients and relaxed dining.

Begin with Fiordland Wapiti Deer Tataki with Sichuan pepper gin dust, pickled beetroot and heirloom carrot. For the main, enjoy Steamed Ora King Salmon served with kohlrabi, shiitake mushroom, kailaan and miso beurre blanc. Finish with Cheesecake & Peach, featuring poached peach, cinnamon crumble, port wine pâte de fruits and meringue.
